Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed via email. Exceptions apply during periods of high courier volume (e.g., Black Friday campaigns) and the month of December, when the delivery timeframe may be extended.

Shipping is handled by our partner courier companies, such as Cargus and Sameday.

National Delivery

For orders with a total value over 450 RON, delivery is free anywhere in the country, regardless of location. For orders below this amount, delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

For international shipments, the delivery time ranges between 5–7 business days, depending on the final destination. Our international courier partners will handle the transport, and shipping fees will be calculated based on the parcel's weight and the recipient's location. International shipping costs and options will be displayed before completing the order.

Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays or special sales campaigns), delivery times may be extended due to the high volume of orders.
